I was disappointed when I visited this location on 7/14. The place was empty, it was pretty late but still an hour or so from closing time. The employee saw me come in, but continued to ignore me for some time while he was ... doing whatever he was doing. When he finally acknowledged me I decided to go with my usual steak & cheese, but I noticed there was no little sticker on the display to tell me which cheeses they offer - sorry, no, I did not memorize every cheese Subway has to offer. So I chose a shredded cheese I'll assume was cheddar. When it came time to choose my toppings they had NO spinach (grrrr) and a lot of the tomatoes he put on my sandwich had those hard white-green parts when you cut too damn far - so I asked him to replace them (I love tomatoes, idcidc). When it was time for sauce AGAIN I noticed there was no sticker, so I asked him which sauces there were. By then I think he was just done with me & I wanted to get the hell out of dodge so that's what I did and I'll never return.

Went there at 945am on Feb 25th 2019. Just needed to order 6 meatball foot longs for the kids going on a field trip. Guy behind the counter says meatballs won't be available till after 11am. I asked if this was normal, he said yes.
Decided to go to another location, the one on Bayshore Rd and hey had it ready and I ordered it there. I asked the nice girl behind the counter if meatballs are ready this early? She said yes always.
Basically the Subway on Deer Park Ave sucks. It's not the first time either. -

-Bread was stale, guacamole was turning brown, barely any meat, mostly piled up with veggies
-No outstanding service
-I got sick the same night after eating here !!!

Lettuce was brown and gross... I immediately cancelled my ordered and went down to the deli in the same lot!

The worst service ever. Somethings need change desperately. I advise anyone to go elsewhere. Definitely not this establishment. This is not just my opinion, also many people i know that had the same experience.
